Abstract
Haber başlığını oluşturmak habercilik alanındaki problemlerden biri olarak kabul edilmektedir. Özellikle sosyal medya kullanıcıları haber başlığına göre haber içeriğini okumaktadır. Haber başlığının iyi seçilmesi haber içeriğinin okunmasını büyük oranda etkilemektedir. Haber başlığı genel olarak haberin içeriğini özetleyen kullanıcı kitlesini haber içeriğini görmeye teşvik eden bir niteliğe sahip olmalıdır. Doğal dil işleme alanında, bir metin içeriğinin birkaç kelime ile içeriği özetleyecek bir yapıda tek cümle ile ifade edilmesi zor problemlerden biri olarak ele alınır. Özellikle bu alanda Türkçe için çalışma olmaması bu çalışmayı gerekli kılmıştır. Bu çalışmada Türkçe haber başlıklarının üretimi için Markov zinciri yöntemi önerilmiştir.

Abstract
Creating the headline is considered as one of the problems in the field of journalism. Especially social media users read the news content according to the headline. Choosing the news headline greatly affects the reading of the news content. The news title should have a quality that encourages the audience that summarizes the content in general to see the news content. In the field of natural language processing, a text content is considered as one of the difficult problems to be expressed in one sentence in a structure that will summarize the content with a few words. The absence of a study especially for Turkish in this field has made this study necessary. In this study, the Markov chain method is proposed for the production of Turkish news headlines.
