Abstract
Bir ülkenin geleceğe dönük olarak yaptığı en büyük yatırım, o ülkenin gençleri için en iyi şartlarda eğitim alma haklarını sağlamak ve gençlerin hayallerinde yer edinen kariyer hedeflerine ulaşmalarında köklü adımlar atmaktır. Özellikle küresel kriz sonrası Türkiye'de kabuğuna sığmayan işsizliğe bağlı olarak "genç işsizliği" sorunu ön plana çıkmıştır. Bu konuyu ele alarak gençlerin işsizlik sorununa eğilmek çalışmaya önem katmıştır. Çalışmada Türkiye'deki genç işsizlik sorunu irdelenmiştir. Türkiye'de işsizlik noktasında atılan adımlar incelenmiş ve ilgili veriler tablolar ışığında sunulmuştur. Öte yandan gençlerin istihdamında atılması gereken geç kalınmış adımlar ele alınmıştır. Çalışmanın amacı Türkiye'deki genç işsizliği başlığını ele alarak gelinen boyutları tespit etmek ve bu sorunu çözmeye dönük gerekli öneriler sunmaktır.

Abstract
The biggest investment of a country has made for the future is to ensure the right of the youth of that country to receive education under the best conditions and to take radical steps in reaching the career goals of the young people's dreams. Especially after the global crisis, the problem of "youth unemployment" has come to the fore due to the unemployment that cannot fit into its shell. Addressing the youth unemployment problem by addressing this issue has added importance to the study. In the study, the problem of youth unemployment in Turkey was examined. The steps taken at the point of unemployment in Turkey were examined and the relevant data were presented in the light of tables. On the other hand, overdue steps to be taken in the employment of young people are discussed. The aim of the study is to determine the dimensions reached by addressing the youth unemployment in Turkey and to offer necessary suggestions for solving this problem.
